Terms of Sale

Last updated: October 2, 2026

These terms apply when you buy a service from Claude for Lawyers (“we” or “us”): team training, the AI-Era Visibility Rebuild, or the Search Growth Retainer. Our guides, prompt library, workflows, and newsletter are free and don’t require a purchase.

1. Team training

Every training engagement is scoped to your team and quoted per firm. Before any work starts, we send a written proposal covering scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and cancellation or rescheduling. The proposal governs your engagement. If it conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls.

Materials we provide, such as your firm’s prompt library, playbook, and any session recordings, are for internal use by your firm, including people you hire later. Please don’t resell or publish them.

Please don’t bring client-confidential information to a session. We build exercises around your document types using redacted or sample material, and we keep what you share about your firm confidential.

2. AI-Era Visibility Rebuild

Price. $4,900, paid in two parts: a $2,450 deposit at checkout, and the $2,450 balance when you approve the site for launch.

How it works. After your deposit, you complete an intake. Your 21-day build clock starts the day your intake is complete. We build the site and send you a private staging link to review. We launch once you approve it and the balance is paid. We never launch a site you haven’t approved, and you never pay the balance for a site you haven’t seen.

The guarantee. If your site isn’t ready for your review within 21 days of your completed intake, we refund your deposit in full. The clock pauses while we’re waiting on information, access, or approvals that only you can provide.

Cancelling. If you cancel before your intake is complete, we refund your deposit in full. Once the build clock has started, the deposit is refundable only under the guarantee above.

Your part. You agree to give us accurate information about your firm, timely access to your domain, hosting, and related accounts, and a review of the site before launch. You approve all content, and you’re responsible for confirming it meets the attorney advertising and professional conduct rules in your jurisdiction. We build with those rules in mind, but we don’t provide legal advice.

Ownership. Once the balance is paid, you own the site, its content and design, and the accounts it runs on. There’s no lock-in. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, and processes, which we use across clients.

3. Search Growth Retainer

$1,200 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and we don’t refund partial months.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, in US dollars. A price change never affects a purchase you’ve already made or a proposal you’ve already accepted.

5. Results

We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, citations in AI answers, leads, or signed cases. Search engines and AI systems are outside our control, and the rebuild guarantee covers delivery, not outcomes. What your team gets out of training depends on how they put it to use.

6. Not legal advice

Our guides, prompts, workflows, training, and other materials are educational. They are not legal advice. AI output must be reviewed by a qualified attorney before you rely on it, and because AI capabilities and the rules on their use change quickly, verify anything time-sensitive.

7. Using our free content

You’re welcome to use our prompts and workflows in your own legal work and to adapt them for your firm. Our guides, prompts, and other site content are protected by copyright, so please don’t republish, resell, or repackage them, and credit us if you quote them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

9. Anthropic

Claude for Lawyers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, PBC. “Claude” is a product of Anthropic. This is an independent resource about using Claude in legal practice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you make a purchase applies to that purchase unless we both agree otherwise in writing.
